Just a quick question; what caused the most deaths in the Collapse?
The Virus or 14 years of Civil War?

Virus was a bigger cause. The Civil War and Collapse caused the demise
of society and destruction on a mass scale. But then again, neither of
these events was known to turn peoples' toasters against them. 8)

The Virus, by a long shot.

The Rebellion casualties can be figured out
somewhat using the MT supplement _Hard Times_,
but the Virus effects are much harsher.

This can be backed up with detailed examples,
but you asked for a "quick" answer. :-)
